Changes appear on the website shortly after they are made (there is a delay of up to a few hours for the server to distribute them), and on the PDF meeting schedule immediately as they are made. The PDF is printed and duplicated monthly in quantities sufficient to provide them to all groups and subcommittees at the area meeting on the second Saturday of each month.
